Elena is a graduate of California State University, Fresno. She has over 30 years of experience in qualified pension plan administration. She is an Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) and Member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA). Elena specializes in 401(k) Profit Sharing plans. In her free time, she enjoys her family, the outdoors, snow and water sports. Elena has been with Hicks since 1996.
