Kelli graduated cum laude from California State University, Fresno. She is an Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) with the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) and a member of NIPA. Kelli has served as President of NIPA, San Joaquin Valley Chapter (SJVC) from 2010 – 2012, and was a Board Member of NIPA-SJVC for nine years. Kelli specializes in administering 403(b) and 401(k) Profit Sharing plans. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and toddler. Kelli has been with Hicks Pension Services since 1996.
